Is the website really included?
Yes. Full Service customers receive a professional one page website at no additional cost while their Full Service subscription remains active.
Who owns my domain name?
You do. Your domain name remains under your ownership and control. If you already own a domain, it remains yours even if you later cancel Full Service.
What happens to the website if I cancel?
You can cancel Full Service at any time. The domain remains yours, but hosting of the included website through this plan ends when service ends. If you want to keep the completed website, you may purchase it for a one time $350 website buyout.
How much work is this going to create for me?
Very little. There are no required weekly strategy meetings. Complete onboarding once, provide account access, and send us useful photos, promotions or business updates when you have them. We handle the writing, graphics, scheduling and posting.
What kind of content will you post?
Content is built around your actual business, services, industry, service area, promotions and business activity. When you provide real photos or updates from jobs and projects, we can turn those into branded posts with professional captions. When fresh photos are not available, we can create relevant branded service, educational, seasonal and promotional content.
Do I have to constantly send you photos?
No. Send us useful job photos, project updates, promotions or business news when you have them. We can also create branded content when you do not have fresh material available.
Do I have to create the posts myself?
No. We create the graphics, write the captions, schedule the content and publish it for you.
What exactly is the two week pilot?
The pilot costs $50 total and gives you two weeks of our online presence management service. It is a one time purchase with no recurring billing.
Does the pilot include the free website?
No. The website is included when you start Full Service. Pilot customers who decide to continue can move into Full Service and receive the website at that point.
How often will you post?
Our standard social cadence is three posts per week. Google Business Profile content is also published on an ongoing basis as part of the service.
How fast is the website built?
Our normal target is three to five business days after receiving the information, assets and approvals needed to complete the website.
What if I already have a website?
That's fine. We can determine whether it makes more sense to continue using your existing website or replace it with the one page website included in Full Service.
Does this include paid advertising?
No. Meta Ads, Google Ads and other paid advertising services are separate.
Do you guarantee leads?
No. The goal of this service is to keep your business active, credible and professional online. Specific leads, revenue or sales cannot be guaranteed.
