STRAIGHT QUESTIONS.
STRAIGHT ANSWERS.
Websites, Google, SEO, marketing, the Four-Stage Growth Process, Dealer Sales Network, pricing and what actually happens after you hire RDS.
What exactly does Ramsey Digital Solutions do?+
RDS helps businesses build and improve the digital systems that support customer acquisition. That can include websites, Google Business Profile management, local SEO, social media, paid advertising, lead capture, follow-up systems, automation and broader growth strategy. The point is not to sell random marketing tasks. The point is to identify what is holding the business back and build the right system around it.
Where is RDS located?+
Ramsey Digital Solutions is based in Findlay, Ohio and works with businesses beyond the local market as well.
Do you only work with home-service businesses?+
Home-service businesses are a major focus because RDS understands the way local service businesses compete for calls, quotes and booked work. RDS can also work with other businesses when the goals and services are a good fit.
Are you just selling websites?+
No. A website is one tool. Depending on the business, the bigger problem may be local visibility, weak conversion, inconsistent marketing, paid lead generation or poor follow-up. RDS looks at the larger customer-acquisition system rather than treating the website as the entire strategy.
Can I hire RDS for only one service?+
Yes. Individual services can be scoped separately. The Four-Stage Growth Process exists for businesses that need a broader system, but you do not have to purchase an entire growth stage just to work with RDS.
Do you guarantee leads, revenue or specific results?+
No. RDS can build, manage, test and improve the systems used to generate opportunities, but no responsible marketing company can guarantee a specific number of leads, sales, revenue or search ranking. Results depend on the market, offer, competition, budget, sales process and other factors outside any one marketing channel.
How much does an RDS website cost?+
Current website build pricing starts at $100 for a one-page site, $175 for 2–3 pages, $350 for 4–5 pages and $675 for 6–8 pages. Larger sites and ecommerce projects are custom quoted based on scope.
How long does a website take?+
Typical turnaround is 24–48 hours for 1–3 page builds and approximately 3–5 days for 4–8 page builds once RDS has the information and assets needed to complete the project. Larger or more complex projects may take longer.
What do you need from me to build the site?+
Usually the business name, contact information, service list, service area, photos, logo or branding if available, and enough information to accurately explain the business. If something is missing, RDS can help organize what is needed before the build is finalized.
Will the website work on phones?+
Yes. Mobile usability is part of the build process. A large portion of local-service traffic comes from phones, so calls to action, contact paths, readability and page structure need to work on smaller screens.
Is SEO included with a website?+
The site is built with a basic SEO foundation such as page structure, service relevance, headings and other on-page fundamentals. Ongoing local SEO is a separate service because improving search visibility over time requires continuing work beyond simply launching a website.
What is Website Care?+
Website Care starts at $65 per month and is for businesses that want RDS to continue maintaining and updating the site after launch rather than handling every change themselves.
What if I only want the website built and do not want monthly management?+
That is fine. A website build does not automatically require ongoing management. If the project is being delivered as a standalone build, the ownership and handoff details are established as part of the project scope.
What is a Google Business Profile?+
It is the business profile that can appear in Google Search and Google Maps with information such as services, reviews, photos, hours, contact information and service area. For many local businesses, it is one of the most important pieces of their local search presence.
How much does Google Business Profile work cost?+
GBP setup and optimization generally runs $150–$300. Ongoing management generally runs $99–$149 per month depending on the condition of the profile and the amount of ongoing work required.
What is the difference between GBP management and local SEO?+
GBP management focuses specifically on the Google Business Profile. Local SEO is broader and can include the website, service and location relevance, on-page optimization, local search signals, competitor monitoring and other work intended to strengthen visibility across local search.
Can you guarantee that I rank #1 on Google?+
No. RDS does not sell guaranteed #1 rankings. Search results are influenced by competition, location, relevance, prominence, website quality, reviews and Google's own systems. The work is focused on improving the business's local search foundation and competitiveness, not promising a ranking nobody controls.
How long does SEO take?+
SEO is generally a longer-term process rather than an instant switch. Some improvements can happen relatively quickly, while meaningful ranking movement can take weeks or months depending on the market, competition, starting condition and amount of work required.
Do I need a website if I already have a Google Business Profile?+
A strong Google Business Profile can be valuable on its own, but a professional website gives customers another place to understand services, see proof, build trust and convert. The two can support each other rather than serving the exact same purpose.
Do you manage Facebook and Instagram ads?+
Yes. RDS can handle campaign setup, targeting, creative direction, copy, monitoring and optimization. Management fees and the actual advertising budget are separate.
Do you manage Google Ads?+
Yes. Google Ads can be scoped as a standalone service or used as part of a broader growth strategy when paid search makes sense for the business.
Is ad spend included in your management fee?+
No. Ad spend is paid separately from the RDS setup and management fee. This keeps the amount going directly to the advertising platform separate from the cost of strategy, setup, creative, monitoring and optimization.
Can you manage my social media without running ads?+
Yes. Social media management and content creation can be handled separately from paid advertising.
Do I need every marketing service you offer?+
No. That is specifically what RDS tries to avoid. The right mix depends on the business, market, current digital presence, goals and budget. Adding more channels is not automatically better if the foundation underneath them is weak.
How do you decide which marketing channel to use?+
RDS looks at how customers search for the service, the market, competition, current presence, sales value, budget and the business's ability to handle new opportunities. The goal is to choose channels for a reason rather than simply being active everywhere.
What is the Four-Stage Growth Process?+
It is the RDS framework for moving from digital foundation to active presence management, measurable growth marketing and eventually full-service digital marketing. The four stages are Foundation, Presence Management, Growth Marketing and Full-Service Marketing.
Do I have to start at Stage One?+
No. RDS first looks at what the business already has and what is actually working. If the foundation is already strong, there is no reason to rebuild it just to force the business through Stage One.
Do I have to move through every stage?+
No. A business can remain at the stage that fits its needs. Moving forward should happen because the business is ready for the next level of responsibility, not because a package says it has to.
What does each stage cost?+
Stage One is $495–$750 setup plus $449 per month. Stage Two is $750 setup plus $799 per month. Stage Three is $750–$1,250 setup and starts at $1,499 per month, with more aggressive or complex programs at $1,999 per month. Stage Four is $1,000–$2,000+ setup and starts at $3,000 per month. Advertising spend is separate where applicable.
Why is there a setup fee and a monthly fee?+
The setup fee pays for the initial work required to build, configure, repair, organize and launch the system. The monthly fee pays for operating, maintaining, managing, measuring and improving that system after launch.
How do I know which stage my business is in?+
You do not need to diagnose it yourself. RDS can review the current website, Google presence, social channels, reputation, lead flow, advertising, follow-up systems and goals, then identify the gaps that matter most.
What is Dealer Sales Network?+
Dealer Sales Network gives participating automotive salespeople their own professional customer-facing websites while keeping those sites connected as part of a dealership network.
Does DSN replace the dealership website?+
No. It is designed to complement the dealership's existing website and inventory system by giving individual salespeople a professional destination they can use for social media, referrals, texts, QR codes and customer follow-up.
How much does DSN cost?+
Salesperson sites are $200 to set up. Full network management is $750 per month for up to 10 salesperson sites, with additional sites beyond 10 at $65 per site per month. A smaller 2–3 salesperson pilot is available at $450 per month.
Can a dealership start with only a few salespeople?+
Yes. The pilot exists specifically so a dealership can start with 2–3 salespeople before deciding whether to expand the network.
Is AI required with Dealer Sales Network?+
No. The AI layer is optional. It is currently priced at $1,000 setup plus $199 per month and can add automated lead assistance and lead capture to the system.
Can I see Dealer Sales Network before talking to RDS?+
Yes. RDS has a live product demo available so dealerships can see the concept before discussing a pilot or larger rollout.
Why do some RDS services have price ranges?+
Because the starting condition and amount of work can vary significantly from one business to another. A clean Google profile that needs optimization is different from a profile that needs substantial repair. The same applies to websites, SEO, advertising and automation.
Will I know the price before work starts?+
Yes. The scope and pricing should be established before the project or ongoing service begins so both sides understand what RDS is responsible for.
Why is ongoing management recurring?+
Because ongoing management is ongoing work. Website updates, Google posts, review responses, SEO, content, advertising optimization, reporting and system improvements continue after the initial setup.
Are advertising budgets included in the listed prices?+
No. When paid advertising is involved, the advertising budget is separate unless a specific proposal explicitly states otherwise.
Can pricing change if my needs grow?+
Yes. If the scope materially expands, pricing can change with it. The Four-Stage Growth Process is intentionally structured so a business can add more responsibility and services as its needs become more complex.
What happens during the free consultation?+
The conversation is used to understand the business, how customers are currently finding it, what is already in place and where the biggest gaps appear to be. From there, RDS can determine whether there is a useful next step.
Do I need to know which service I want before contacting you?+
No. In many cases, figuring out the right service is part of the conversation. You can explain the problem you are trying to solve and RDS can help identify the tools that make sense.
What should I bring to the consultation?+
Bring whatever you already have: your website, Google profile, social pages, current advertising, approximate goals and the problems you are seeing. You do not need a polished presentation.
What if I am not ready for a large monthly marketing package?+
That does not automatically prevent us from working together. RDS offers individual services and smaller starting points in addition to broader growth programs. The goal is to find the work that makes sense for the business now.
How do I contact RDS?+
You can use the consultation form on the RDS website, call 419-672-9070 or email ramseydigitalsolutions@gmail.com.
