Do I have to start at Stage One?+
No. RDS first looks at what already exists and what is actually working. If your foundation is already strong, the right starting point may be a later stage.
Do I have to move through every stage?+
No. The stages are a framework for matching the work to the business. A business can remain at the stage that fits its needs and expand only when there is a reason to do so.
Why is there a setup fee and a monthly fee?+
The setup fee covers the initial work required to build, configure, repair, organize and launch the system. Monthly management covers the ongoing work required to operate, maintain, improve and grow it.
Is advertising spend included in Stage Three or Stage Four?+
No. Advertising spend is separate from RDS setup and management fees, allowing the media budget to be set around the campaign and the business.
What if I only need one specific service?+
That's fine. The Four-Stage Process is for businesses that want a broader growth framework. Individual services can still be scoped separately through RDS Marketing, Websites or Google & SEO.
